Oil Leaks: Maintenance is cheaper than repairs

West Highlands Auto Repair would like to talk about engine oil leaks. Most vehicle gets an oil change done every 3,000 miles or 3 months to keep the engine oil clean and keep oil in the motor. A leaking gasket or seal (IE valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, timing cover seal, etc.)is consider a preventive maintenance the rule is simple if an engine leak all the oil out this will cause potentially problem(s) to an engine and can be expensive. To prevent this make sure when your getting an oil change have a tech look at your engine make sure there is no leaks and consider doing any recommendation on engine gaskets or seal remember our saying Maintenance is cheaper than repairs. Come by West Highlands Auto Repair – 5440 W 29th Ave Wheat Ridge CO 80214 or call to make an appointment at 303-433-9233.
